1. Promoter

This competition is organised and run by Radiant Secrets Aesthetic Clinic, located at 71 Central Avenue, Illovo, Johannesburg (“the Promoter”).

2. Competition Purpose

This promotion is designed to educate and reward participants who complete the Radiant Secrets Skin Health Quiz and share it with friends.
No payment or purchase is required to enter.

3. Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of South Africa aged 18 years or older.

• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Radiant Secrets are not eligible.

• Participants located outside Johannesburg forfeit in-clinic treatment portions of the prize unless they are willing and able to attend appointments at Radiant Secrets in Illovo.

• By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

4. How to Enter

1. Complete the Radiant Secrets Skin Health Quiz during the competition period.

2. After submitting, you’ll receive a unique Buddy Link to share.

3. Each successful referral who completes the quiz earns one additional entry for both you and your buddy.

4. No payment or purchase is required to participate or to improve your chances of winning.

5. Entries close at 11:59 PM on [insert closing date].

5. Winner Selection

• Only two (2) winners will be selected in total — the Main Winner and their Buddy Winner.

• Winners will be chosen based on quiz performance and verified referrals (skill + participation, not chance).

• The Promoter will attempt to contact the selected Main Winner via phone at least three (3) times within two (2) business days.

  • If the Main Winner answers but their buddy does not, only the Main Winner receives the prize.

  • If the Buddy Winner answers but the main entrant does not, the Buddy Winner alone receives the prize.

  • If neither responds or accepts within the 2-day, 3-call window, both forfeit and new winners will be chosen.

Referral logic:

• If your referral wins, you also win (you become the Buddy Winner).

• If you win and your referrals did not win, only you receive the prize.

  • Example: If Stef refers Roxy and Adam, and Adam refers Jared —

    • If Adam wins → Adam and Stef win.

    • If Jared wins → Jared and Adam win.

    • If Stef wins → only Stef wins.

• No additional or runner-up prizes will be issued beyond these two winners, except at the sole discretion of the Promoter, who may privately contact such recipients.

Total estimated value: ± R 60 000 per winner.

Prize validity:
All prize components must be used within twelve (12) months from the date the winner formally accepts the prize.
After 12 months, any unused benefits expire automatically.

• Winners must attend treatments and sessions on designated monthly dates as communicated by Radiant Secrets. Missed sessions are forfeited unless pre-approved in writing.

• Digital benefits (community, webinars, guides) are provided electronically.

• Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash.

7. Publicity Consent

By entering, participants consent to the use of their name, city, and (where applicable) photograph or testimonial for marketing purposes related to this promotion, without additional compensation.

8. Data Protection

Personal data collected will be used solely for administering this competition and providing Radiant Secrets services, in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

9. General Conditions

• The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary, provided such changes are not prejudicial to participants.

• All decisions by the Promoter are final and binding.

• Any attempt to manipulate entries (including fake referrals or automated entries) will result in disqualification.

• The competition is conducted in accordance with Section 36 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 governing promotional competitions.
