Unfortunately as all products are consumables, no products thus cannot be returned under the Returns Guarantee (unless defective). Products are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygienic reasons if unsealed by you after delivery.

If Defective please email [email protected] with in 14 day of receiving goods, and we will make a plan to get you your order.

We work exceptional hard and meticulously to make sure these occurrence as minimal as possible and that you should be happy with your products.

Digital Products 

The Guarantee:

We're so confident you’ll love our digital products that if you’re not satisfied for whatever reason, we'll issue you a refund.

There will be no refunds for change of mind or for incorrect purchase.

Eligibility:

In order to be eligible for a refund, you MUST have had access to our digital products at a minimum of 24 hours and have and be able to show the following:

1. Your proof of purchase of our digital products from Radiant Secrets.

2. Completion of the full digital product(verifiable by Radiant Secrets).

Refund Request Deadline:

You must lodge your claim within the first 14 days of purchasing our digital products For example, if you purchased 27 Anti-Aging Hacks to Reverse Wrinkles and Look 10 Years Younger in Just 6 Weeks on 1 March 2024, add 14 days and the date would be 14 March. The refund would need to be lodged on or before the 14th of March for a full refund. No refund requests will be considered if not lodged within the described timeframe.

Miscellaneous:

1. “You”, “Your” and “Yours” for the purposes of this guarantee means the original purchaser of the course.

2. All currency references means ZAR Rands.

3. Radiant Secrets reserves the right to verify the validity of all refund claims made. If your claim is assessed as valid, your refund will be paid into your nominated bank account by electronic funds transfer.

4. Radiant Secrets has absolute discretion to determine whether Eligibility requirements have been satisfied entitling you to a refund.

5. Radiant Secrets reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process or for submitting a claim that is misleading or fraudulent. Failure by Radiant Secrets to enforce any of its rights at any stages does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

6. Radiant Secrets has 60 days to assess refund claims from the complete submission of all related evidence.

7. If a claim is approved, Radiant Secrets will make process payment within 30 calendar days of approval.

Please note that any digital products added to the main PDF are non-refundable. Once the digital item has been provided or downloaded, no refunds or exchanges can be issued.
